Fundamentals of Soil day

Graziers from across the New England were treated to internationally renowned ecologist Dr Christine Jones and innovative researcher Terry McCosker.  The day held at “Danthonia” Inverell NSW titled “Fundamentals of Soils” covered regenerative agriculture methods and how they can help grazing properties capture rainfall and turn it into profits. Respect for natural processes and working with the existing ecosystem was the focus of the day. Danthonia’s manager Johannes Meier was happy to share in how a relatively short space of time at Danthonia, what an effective tool regenerative agriculture is in terms of drought management and overall farm productivity.

Col Feilen from MaiaGrazing attended the day saying “It’s an absolute pleasure to be working with such a leader in the industry.”
