Futurecasting Agricultural Sustainability

The Sustainable Agriculture Summit is the premier annual gathering for major food companies, government agencies, academics, conservation groups, and farmers committed to advancing a coordinated and comprehensive approach to driving change in agriculture sustainability.

The 2018 Summit will identify, navigate and futureproof opportunities for U.S. agriculture to drive tomorrow’s large-scale sustainability successes.

What is the future of sustainable agriculture? While agriculture has had some solid success and credible efforts to drive continuous improvement, there is more we need to do to move the needle. Together, we aim to identify current challenges as opportunities to build a more resilient future for the food and fiber industries, workers, consumers, and the planet. It’s time to shift from defending our history to proactively addressing challenges and steadily accelerating progress to establish agriculture as a driver of large-scale solutions that will meet tomorrow’s needs.

The Host Partners for this signature event, Field to Market and Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, and the Convening Partners, National Pork Board, Stewardship Index for Specialty Crops, U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, and U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef, look forward to hosting the foremost gathering for anyone working at the intersection of agriculture and sustainability.
